Monthly Compensation & Incentive Structure
- Fixed Monthly Remuneration: ₹32,000 / month
- Performance Based Incentive (PBI): Up to ₹8,000 / month linked to service indicators (maternal health, immunization coverage, NCD screenings).
- Total Monthly Package: ₹40,000 / month (₹4.80 Lakh per annum).

Educational Eligibility & Registration
- B.Sc (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) with integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an INC-recognized institute.
- OR General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with successful completion of 6-month Certificate in Community Health (CCH).
- Mandatory Registration: Permanent registration with Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC) or Indian Nursing Council.
Age Limits (as on 01-08-2026)
- Minimum: 21 Years.
- Maximum: 42 Years (UR/EWS Male), 45 Years (BC/EBC Male & Female, UR/EWS Female), 47 Years (SC/ST).
