Compensation & Pay Scale
- Pay Scale: Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400).
- Starting Basic Pay: ₹44,900 / month.
- Gross Monthly Salary: ~₹78,400 / month (Net In-Hand ~₹70,500/month).
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Diploma / Certificate of at least 6 months course in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institution.
- English typing speed of 40 wpm & Hindi typing speed of 30 wpm preferred.
Multi-Stage Selection Scheme
- Preliminary Test (OMR MCQ - 100 Marks): General English (40), General Hindi (15), General Awareness (25), Computer Knowledge (10), Quantitative Aptitude (10). Qualifying cutoff 40%.
- Written Test (Descriptive - 100 Marks): English Language & Comprehension (60 Marks), Hindi Language (40 Marks). Minimum qualifying 40%.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT - Qualifying): Word processing, Spreadsheet & Internet navigation.
- Interview (10 Marks): Minimum qualifying 3 Marks.
