Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 7+ months of relevant US Healthcare / RCM experience
• Hands-on experience in AR Follow-Up and Denial Management
• Strong understanding of different healthcare denial types
• Experience in denial identification, analysis, follow-up and resolution
• Exposure to Authorization Denials, COB Denials, Insurance Denials, Claim Denials and other AR-related denials
• Experience in Hospital Billing / Physician Billing will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of the US Healthcare RCM cycle
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
• Immediate joiners or candidates with 0–15 days notice period preferred
• Willingness to work from Noida or Gurugram
• Candidates from other domains are not eligible
