Position Details

• Designation: Associate / Analyst
• Experience: 1–3 years or 3–6 years in International Voice Process
• Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Business Unit: Retail Banking, Mortgages & Consumer Lending

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer/client queries through voice and written communication.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Assist with queries related to products, services, data, and client accounts.
• Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently using workflow tools.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a customer-first approach.
